Rented from City Vibe for one year and the process was seamless. After taking a look at the show suite I filled out an application, which was approved fairly quickly and they were even able to let me move in a few days early. Never had to deal with a maintenance for the rental but they do have an app which seemed pretty straight forward to use. Move out was also very quick and easy. Hellen and Bettina were also very pleasant to deal with from the rental office. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.

If there is a place we can call home, it would be these apartments. The new manager Raquel is an expert in keeping the building clean and making sure the residents follow the rules. She also speaks several languages ​​and helps the community a lot. Since she arrived, the positive change in the building has been felt. Any questions or concerns Raquel fixes immediately. It is a quiet, peaceful place where we feel like family. It is definitely a better place for me and my family to call home.
